Responsible for RFQ Management, Business Conversion and new product sales for all Domestic Customer Accounts
Responsible to prepare and implement actions to improve customer satisfaction
Ensuring Market analysis, customer research and competitive study on a periodical basis to cope up with market changes.
Ensuring the right value proposition to all the customers in line with the requirement & vision of the company
Attain most preferred supplier status & enhance companys corporate image
Maintain close liaison with marketing manager to know changing Market Trends
Management of relationship with Top Management of all key clients
